PERFECT! We were running late on pick up day but Kim and Grant were very accommodating to this. Our GPS got us a little lost and Grant came and met us and we followed him to the RV in a very friendly and safe RV storage area. Grant gave us a full walk through in about 15-20 minutes and was very thorough as well as answering any and all questions. Grant was extremely friendly. The rv pulled great and we got set up easily. We had a couple of questions and Grant and Kim were very easy to make contact with to get answers. There was a great little coffee pot we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. Utensils, plates, paper towels, toilet paper, sheets, blankets and extra pillows were just some of the extras they had in the RV. We had a great time and Grant met us back at the RV storage where we did a walk around and again Grant was very friendly. We unfortunately only took one picture the first night because we were having a great time but I can assure this is a very nice and clean RV. Everything works great and the adjustable AC was very cold when we needed it to be. We will definitely rent this again next year for our annual trip if it’s still available.
