Whether it’s backpacking, camping, or discovering hidden trails, the outdoors is my happy place. When I’m not out exploring, you’ll usually find me traveling with my wife (she’s a travel agent, so we never run out of trips to plan!) or hanging out with my four-legged adventure buddy, Irie, my spirited Australian Heeler. I also spent time volunteering with mountain rescue in central Arizona, so the wilderness isn’t just my playground—it’s a place I respect and know well.
