Hello, my name us Charles and I am a Nurse, currently on the front line of the Covid-19 pandemic. We live to travel, some of our favorites are, Los Angeles and the Rose Parade on New Year's, the 5 magnificent National Parks of Utah, Mexico down the coast to Cabo San Lucas, Summer in Canada and the Great Baniff National Park and Calgary Stampede, and upstate New York in the fall. So many memories made possible by our RV.

It was a true “Adventure”-Definition of Adventure—An Adventure is never an adventure when it happens. An Adventure is simply physical and emotional discomfort recollected at a time of Tranquility
All appeared to be going smoothly until I arrived to pick up the trailer. I had been communicating with Charles via Text. I was driving from Washington State to Salt Lake City 755 miles. The day before I confirmed my arrival with Charles to pick up the trailer and was told all was ready to go. This was the last conversation I had with Charles. I arrived at the address to pick up the trailer to find a nice man named Sharlton franticly cleaning the trailer. Charles no longer answered texts and his Friend Sharlton did not know where he was. (Very Strange). Upon inspecting the trailer, the 4 tires were badly worn. I changed the worst of the tires with the spare using a Jack and lug wrench I had brought with me. It was a good thing I had also brought my own equalize hitch because the one provided with the unit was missing the keeper pins to hold the arms in place and they would have dropped out. This was only the beginning of my troubles.
When I arrived at my camp site and hooked up the water and turned on the kitchen faucet, water poured out from under the cabinets flooding the unit. The bottom of the faucet was cracked open from apparent freeze damage. After cleaning up the mess I contacted Sharlton and he was very apologetic and said I was the first to use it this season and he was not aware of the issues and assured me he would reimburse me for repair costs. The only repair services in the area were booked up for weeks. I was able to find a new faucet and fittings and repaired the sink myself. Later I discovered a steady drip coming from the toilet flush valve, more on this later. The shower head bracket was stripped out but with a screw and some epoxy I was able to fix the bracket which didn’t matter because the shower door fell off 3 times and I was unable to reattach making the shower unusable. In the meantime the bucket under the Toilet valve was filling up every hour. Back to town the next day and I was able to locate a new valve and install which stopped the leak. By the 4th day of my rental I had repaired as much as I could. I was unable to fix the Exhaust fan in the bathroom or the fan in the kitchen area.
On the bright side the furnace, stove, and Refrigerator worked and after a hard rain the unit did not leak.
Upon returning the trailer and going over all the Repairs with Sharlton, he assured me I would be reimbursed 300$ to cover the repair expenses and my time to fix the issues. “300$ will be put back on my credit card thru Outdoorsy” I hope it happens.
Before this trailer goes anywhere it needs new tires , water system checked (I did not put water in the fresh water holding tank or try to use the fresh water pump only hooked up to camp site water), Shower door , exhaust fans fixed. One of the propane tanks can’t be refilled because it is out of date and the Empty Fire Extinguisher which fell out of the bracket needs to be replaced.
Other than the above mentioned issues we had a good time!

The RV worked great for our purpose and Charles, the owner was just wonderful.

Charles was fantastic to deal with. The trailer was just what I needed for three people. My F150 towed it easily. Trailer was clean, dishes were nice, the slide out was awesome! Lots of room.
