Communication through the app was always helpful, and professional.
Upon meeting them, they were helpful, encouraging, friendly, and showed excitement for us on our adventure.
Their recommendations were spot on, and added even more happiness and adventures to our trip.
The camper van “VanGo”, was everything I had hoped it would be. Driving 800 plus miles, five State Parks, coastal drives, and winding mountains, everyday was a blessing, without any troubles at all. I even thought the gas mileage was better than I expected.
I cleaned VanGo as best I could for return, and hoped they knew that we took great care of her.
I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to those interested.

This was the very first time for us to rent a van for a road trip adventure and boy did we pick a great one! Van Go was our home for 3 nights in the Gorge... The whole process was so easeful with Lorraine who kindly showed us all we needed to learn about Van Go to have a successful trip! The layout was perfect and literally we were the envy of the campground.

Lorraine and Rod were exceptional, hospitable, friendly, and just good people. Very fast to in respond to any questions or concerns about the Van’s features and operations after delivery, which are bound to happen whether you are a first-timer like me or experienced.

We loved all the amenities and how easy they were to use, especially the full bathroom and kitchenette! The surround sound system made watching a scary movie at night super immersive.
The van also drives amazing, and it was a pleasure to drive on the way to Crater Lake.
We would definitely rent again!

The van was the best travel experience we have had after downsizing and selling our class A motorhome. I would definitely recommend the smaller rv experience. Our hosts were super and very responsive. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent this rv. Everything we needed was in the van and this made it a memorable vacation.

Our host and hostess were great and quick to respond when we had questions. The van was clean and in excellent working order. VanGo was fun to drive and had everything we needed. Our trip across the Columbia River Gorge to the coast and south to Lincoln, then back up through the Willamette Valley was awesome.

This van has everything you need to go out and get exploring. Van was clean and very comfortable, great for boondocking or camping at a campground. Lorraine was communicative and responded in a timely manner and also flexible with pickup as I had airline delays due to the big IT outage. There was an issue with the heat pump not working so no hot water at the time but that was not a big deal for us. Had a great time and experience altogether.

We had a blast with this rig. All the functions were mostly self explanatory and user friendly. It drives great, gets great mileage and is very nimble when getting around. A friend and I attended a mountain bike festival and the camping setup, bike racks and cargo box worked out great. Loraine was very responsive and flexible with pickup and drop off. Over all an exceptional experience!

Lorraine and Rod were an amazing hosts— so friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated their thoroughness and willingness to answer questions. Lorraine was very responsive to communication. The van was perfect for the trip we planned. Overall, it was one of the best vacations we’ve had. Would absolutely do it again.

Everything about this van and our experience with Loraine and Rod was great. It was our first time using a camper van and they were extremely helpful and communicative the whole time. I would highly recommend anyone who’s interested in Van Life should experience it through Loraine!
