About Nina's RV rentals
I enjoy RVing because it lets me travel to beautiful places without the trouble of booking accommodations and searching for nice places to stay. I hope you can enjoy this also in my brand new Jayco Melbourne. It's got all the creature comforts of home and I want you to treat it just like your home away from home.

Owner was very receptive and responsive to our texts. We had a couple of minor issues with the heater and hot water… But we were able to have the situation rectified. The vehicle was clean and operated well. It was a great size for two of us. It drove well. Only recommendation would be if the owner offered a package of clean sheets blankets towels and tableware. We would’ve been willing to pay extra for that as we were flying in from the East Coast. We ended up throwing away what we bought at Walmart.

DO NOT RENT FROM HER!! The entire experience has been terrible and disappointing. The interior of the RV was dated despite the fact that it claims to be a 2020 vehicle. But the hardware was not the primary issue. The entire process of picking up/dropping off the RV was extremely distasteful. The owner was not friendly at all and came out with a checklist, did the bare minimum when it came to the walk-through of the vehicle and explaining what needed to be done. When I had questions during the trip she did respond but was not friendly and not engaging at all. I took the RV at 11am and asked if I can return at 12 noon, and the reply was yes, that'll be an extra $30 late fee per hour. When I came back with the RV in super clean condition, she went through her checklist and docked me for $30 for late fee, $30 for unfilled propane tank (that was my bad which I forgot to fill up). That's fine, it is what it is, but again, my main gripe is that this owner is unfriendly and not helpful which made the entire RV experience very disappointing. I can say that I will never do another RV trip after this, and certainly will never rent another RV again. Do not rent this RV as it was a horrible experience and I left with a very disgusting memory of having to deal with the owner.

Warning: Don’t expect there to be any supplies ie silverware, plates, towels, chairs, pillows, or sheets. While the RV is newer it has wear and tear, but nothing of major concern.

The pick up and drop off process was super easy and Nina was super nice and responsive throughout the trip because we had a couple of questions, she responded back immediately and helped us a lot. The outdoorsy listing says "luxury" which is misleading because the inside of the RV was somewhat damaged (some ripped parts, the table was broken with only two screws holding it so it was wiggly and falling apart, the outside has some damage too). Make sure you check every single thing before taking the RV and take pictures or video so you know exactly what parts are damaged, since there's so many things it's hard to remember all of them. Be aware the owner requires cleaning of the ouside of the RV too so make sure you have plenty of time to do that before returning the RV otherwise be prepared to pay $250 for the cleaning fee.

The overall experience was great even I was renting the RV for the first time. Nina’s RV is like new and all components functioned well.
