Working with Don and his wife was a pleasure. They were very responsive, and both pleasant and helpful when I picked up the RV. This was my first experience renting an RV, and driving one, and they made it a breeze, showing me every detail needed. The RV drove very smoothly, with not a single mechanical issue other than some dripping from the A/C unit inside and outside (both of which they told me later had happened before). It happened to be a record breaking hot week, and even with some dripping, the A/C ran perfectly and kept the RV cool. I did find that the inside living space was smaller than I had anticipated, and will probably rent a larger one next time (Don was honest about the small space, so not a problem with full disclosure). For a single person, or a couple on a short trip, I would recommend this RV without hesitation.
