Easy RV pickup and good communication. RV was clean, well stocked and ran great. We somehow managed to lose a hubcap on our journey (lots of bumpy poorly paved roads) but Vann was understanding and only charged me the replacement fee.

The RV was very clean and very well stocked with all the necessities and more than we needed for our trip.
Everything worked great.
The owner was very friendly. At our drop off he gifted us a very delicious box of donuts. He was very flexible with our return time. All around great experience and we would definitely try renting from him again. Highly recommend Vann Chao’s Class C

The emergency brake failed before we left , ran over my partners leg, he ended up at emergency and the rv was totaled. So no vacation, dealing with insurance and someone on pain pills for over a week . Not fun!
