I wish I just don't give any star to this RV.The RV I recieved is really dirty, I have been renting RV for a while but this is the worst RV ever, it is dirt, floor is dirty like it has never been mopped. I have little boys so I have to spend the whole morning of my trip to clean up everything to make sure it ks clean for my kids to play around, the RV is not prepared at all, bed does not have sheet, pillows have no cover, Kitchen silverware is broken,the awning when I pulled out is full of leaves falling to your head, it is 2021 but it is dirtier and older than the 2011 that I use to rent. The pulling system making metal cranking noise then you turn right that is really scrarry, and be aware of the miles they charged you after the trip, they have no tracking device so they will charge you whatever you tell them you going to, I change my trip to a close destination but they still charged me the same overmiles that the original destination I told them. Be aware of cleaning fee and waste disposal fee they will charge after we walk thru the RV after return their RV even though they said everything good but they will find the way to charge you more. It is a terrible experience of renting RV from this owner. They are a little cheaper than others but they chRge you later and make it way more expensive than other, and the point is the RV is really really dirty, I should not be rented out this way then they charge you 50 dollars for cleaning fee even though you have to spend more time to clean their RV before you can use it. Please, STAY AWAY FROM THIS RV. It is a Scam.

We had a fantastic trip! The RV was clean, spacious and provided a perfect get away for 5 including our toddler and grandparents. My son loved the bunk bed!

The RV was awesome. Our daughter got sick, and they were very flexible in helping us out. Would definitely rent from them again.
