Mark was very reachable and very friendly. He was punctual and set up in no time. Everything worked as it should on the trailer as was described. We only camp a few times a year so using the Outdoorsy site is perfect for us. It is extremely easy to use and so far everyone that has provided us with a trailer has even excellent, including Mark.

This was our first experience towing a camper. Mark helped me throughout by hooking the trailer, giving me a tour on how to operate it and lending me his tools to make it a memorable experience for us.

Mark was an outstanding host. He gave us an excellent explanation of everything his RV had and how to properly use it. He was also super responsive, always willing to help us out with any questions we had during the rental of his RV and very patient explaining how everything worked. We would surely rent with him again. Thanks Mark!!!
