We liked our host, Anthony and the handoff was good. Outdoorsy and Roadside assistance was poor at best. Don't waste your money purchasing Outdoorsy protection plan, there is an exclusion for everything. Outdoorsy's website is horrible. If you call them for assistance, they are very polite and connect you to the proper department. If you have any issues with your trip and you have to pay out of pocket, don't expect a reimbursement as promised by Roadside Assistance. We had multiple breakdowns during our vacation, had to cut vacation in half with no reparations. Here we are out more than half the total cost of the rental, and it's nothing but crickets from Outdoorsy.

The the complete experience renting this RV was in general perfect. The driving was pretty smooth and I had no mechanical issues with it while I was driving. The AC was working perfectly and it’s a really comfortable I drove it all the way to Vegas from Dallas. four people inside the RV and I was totally comfortable. Anthony was a really good host he explained me how to use all the RV equipment how to clean the water tanks in how to in general use the RV also, he was pretty clean with instructions and it was available all the time in case of any issue I really recommend to rent this RV because it was nicer at all with me

Overall the RV was nice. Getting to camp off grid and have an actual bed to sleep in, a fridge and freezer that kept things very nice and chilled, when the generator worked it was absolutely amazing having AC. Had to be a mechanic for half of the trip to figure out the generator issues from it shutting off and not turning back over. Had to cut our trip short due to not wanting to sleep in the heat two nights in a row. Tony was great and responsive and tried to troubleshoot the issues with me. He was great at walking through different things to hopefully fix the issues.
