We are novices with regard to RV’s. Chris provided a well outfitted fully operational RV complete with a thorough tour and visual guides which were much appreciated.
I was pleasantly surprised by the support and trip planning offered by the outdoorsy app and staff answering questions. I will definitely use it in the future.

We had a fantastic time and we were sad to turn the RV back in! The RV was great and Chris was a great host. We had a little snafu and Chris went above and beyond to make things right. The RV was very comfortable for us and having a comfortable queen size bed made it easier for us to recover from our 9 days of adventuring. Chris and his wife, Jen, have this RV very well appointed and very easy to use. It was our first time really RVing and it was very easy with Chris' instructions, walk-through, diagrams, and DVD. The pick-up location is not far from the Boise airport, right around the corner from a Walmart for provisions, and easy to Uber to and from. We may be doing this trip again next year and will be sure to reach out to Chris first. We highly suggest Chris and this Conquest!

The RV slide had a factory defect that made the rear bed unusable. We informed the renter immediately and left the booking open while they worked with Outdoorsy to locate an alternate vehicle. The defective part has been replaced. Renter received a full refund.

We had a wonderful experience renting Chris's RV through Outdoorsy. He was an incredible host, attentive and responsive, and overall a pleasure to work with. The RV is very new and clean, and comes with all the bells and whistles. Chris has made some very helpful user guides so that the electrical / water / waste procedures are a breeze. With a queen size bed, black out shades and strong A/C this experience surely qualifies as "glamping"...we loved it. We will look to rent from Chris again the next time we are out in Idaho. Thanks!

Prior to the trip, although I had watched YouTube videos for a couple days, I was still a little concerned about my first RV trip. When I picked up the RV, Chris spent an hour with me showing me all about the RV. Everything was labeled really well, and he had cheat sheets (and even a walkthrough DVD)! I felt empowered and that the trip would be a success. And it was!
Besides the great instruction, the RV was stocked and comfortable, and the right size for the Idaho State park trips we had planned.
The only negative of the full trip is using Outdoorsy's website, enabling all the 3rd party tracker scripts to let me even submit this review. For a privacy conscientious user, this is really driving me nuts.
