We had an amazing 19-day, nearly 2,000-mile trip around the Grand Circle, and this RV was the perfect choice for our adventure! Our RV Host, Takahiro, met us at the airport with the RV in Las Vegas shortly after we landed, which made for an incredibly smooth start. Before the trip, he shared helpful instructional videos about the RV, and at pickup, he walked us through everything thoroughly—great even for us seasoned RVers from the East.

Takahiro was a good host. He replied promptly to my requests and concerns. He was punctual in delivering the RV and explaining how everything works. RV was a good size and had everything we needed. I advise not to purchase service for delivery and pickup as Takahiro's meeting point is close to Vegas strip and airport. We drove 1,225 miles in 12 days from Vegas to Zion, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Vallet, Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon, Sedona, Williams, Laughlin. Monument Valley was definitely the highlight. Yes, I recommend Outdoorsy and Takahiro.

The RV was great, and we had a magical time camping in Zion and Bryce with a foot of snow. We are so grateful to Takahiro, who bent over backwards to help us by being flexible around timing when our flight to Las Vegas was delayed, then cancelled, then rescheduled. I would absolutely rent from Takahiro again.

We had a great week with Takahiro's RV. It took a bit to get used to driving since we were not used to driving RV before. Once we learned how the propane and generator worked, our trip went very smoothly. The wifi was not ready when we picked up the RV, but we really didn't need it anyway

This is our first time driving a RV. Takahiro instructed us very well on how to use and what need to be careful. This RV is well prepared with all necessary things to use daily. And it’s clean and organized. We had a wonderful journey with RV in Death Vally. We already started to think about our next trip with Takahiro’s RV.

The responsiveness of Takahiro was outstanding. Any question I had for him was quickly responded to. The RV was very clean and well appointed and his initial walk through of operations was great and detailed. The only issue I had was that I believe the RV may need a front alignment as driving over 55 mph there was a distinct wobble that made driving at that speed a little stressful. Other than that the trip and the rental was great, and Takahiro was a pleasure to deal with.
