Is it possible to give an 11 out of 10? If so, that would be the rating we would give Steve and Jean. If you are looking to rent an RV, look no further. My husband and I were RV newbies and from the first interaction to the last, I can't imagine having a better experience. Steve was excellent in answering any questions prior and during the booking period and Jean did the hand off as well as handled the communication during our trip. The RV itself was absolutely perfect for the two of us, well equipped, easy to use and handle on the road and within days we felt extremely comfortable with all the various functions. Full instructions were given prior to "taking off" and Jean was extremely quick to answer any questions on the road. Additionally, they provide a comprehensive binder and checklist so everything is truly covered. We spent 10 days touring from outside Phoenix to Sedona, Flagstaff and The Grand Canyon and had the time of our lives. There were a couple of unexpected issues with the RV but again, so it often goes "during life on the road" and Jean was as prompt as could be to help us resolve any of the issues we had. We are hoping to come back in the next couple of years and are definitely hoping to rent again in the future. Lovely people, comfy camper. A fantastic experience.

Fabulous trip around Arizona that has left my husband and I eager to return! This 24 ft unit was ideal. Easy to set up after a long day of site seeing and hiking, and just as easy to put back on the road quickly the next morning off to the next adventure. The smaller chassis is easy to maneuver in parking lots and handles very well on the freeway. Steve and Jean are very easy to communicate with from the initial contact expressing interest, through the time of the rental and upon return. I highly recommend Jean and Steve and will never forget how helpful and friendly they were in all of our dealings.

Jean gave me very detail instruction and it is very helpful for my first RV experience.
This car is very clean and well maintained.

This RV is absolutely fantastic. High quality and everything well maintained. It is equipped with everything needed in kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and outdoor items. Steve and Jean are gracious and very helpful. They made their RV our home and were available whenever we had questions while we were on the road. I highly recommend this RV.

Steve and Jean's 2014 Forest River Solera is perfection! The Mercedes diesel truck has power to go up hills and the size makes it easy to maneuver on windy roads, parking lots or in traffic. There are three comfortable sleeping areas. The slide-out makes it feel like a NYC apartment! Everything works great - stove/oven, refrigerator has plenty of space, sinks and shower + hot water!, toilet, all connections for elec, water and dumping. Additionally - Steve and Jean have the RV well-equipped with everything needed - from dishes, knives, cutting board to outdoor chairs, grill and floor covering. Open the canopy and turn on the dicso rope lights and enjoy!!

This Motorhome was ideal for our first experience with vacationing by RV. It was small enough to be maneuverable and park easily, yet it had all the comforts my husband and I needed for a two-week, 4000 mile road trip. We easily mastered all the systems and hook ups and were pros by the 2nd evening campsite. We averaged 13.6 miles per gallon which was good considering the significant elevation changes we experienced through Glacier Natl Park, Banff, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons and Northern Arizona. We would definitely rent it again.

It was my first time renting an RV for trip. Steve & Jean was so nice and taught us how to operate it. It was fully equipped with what you need. We would highly recommend it and thanks Steve &Jean for this amazing experience!

Steve and Jean did an excellent job coordinating this adventure of ours. Everything went smoothly and Jean explained all aspects of the rig in detail. We had a couple of questions while on the road and she got back to us within minutes. The rig is very well-equipped and is in great shape. Handled like a dream.

Steve and Jean were great to work with and their RV was everything we needed for a week of camping and hiking in the sunshine. Jean met us at the airport and the RV was equipped with everything we needed-all we had to do was pick up some groceries and head to the mountains. They also gave us great tips on where to camp and hike. We would definitely rent from them again!
