The owners were very accommodating and friendly. They took the time to show us everything before we left on our trip. It would have been helpful to have an owner's manual or booklet once we were on the road as it was hard to remember everything as relatively new RVer's. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had one issue with engine power due to the diesel gas we used. It met the standards listed but did have a mix of biodiesel which caused the problem. We would recommend the unit and would rent it again.

We were extremely happy with the RV! It worked perfectly for our family. The owners were AMAZING and very helpful anytime we had any questions. I highly recommend this rental! We will definitely use them again in the future!

Diesel engine issue - needs to be taken to Mercedes for repair. Coordinated with renter and OD customer support to find comparable replacement unit.
