Jay had everything needed for a successful trip, including a generator adapter, and the proper hitch for my vehicle. Zero problems.
Pick up and drop off were convenient. Trailer was clean, and had extra sundries for just about any eventuality. He also answered all my questions, including the ones I hadn't thought of.

Perfect size for our family of four travelling with mountain bikes around southern Utah. The “garage” was a perfect place for the bikes and the kids loved having their own room. Jay always responded quickly to our questions, as newbies to RV/Trailers we did have a few questions come up and Jay was great.

Jay is great, he is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. It was very well stocked with paper towels, soap, toothpaste, towels, etc. It was the perfect size trailer for my family, very light, easy to tow, user friendly, and clean. Thanks, Jay!

We had a great experience with Jay and his trailer. Pick up was quick and easy and the trailer was immaculate, and ready to go with key travel accessories. Jay was also on top of communication making us comfortable in the booking and travel process. We look forward to utilizing his trailer for our annual trip.
