Communication was great, quick responses. Pick up and drop off were easy enough. The camper could use a good wipe down though. It was more than camping dust, there were cobwebs, dirty floor, and fronts of micro and fridge. Fridge and freezer needs propped open when not in use. The camper was stocked with all we needed and fit my family well.

Second time renting with Rustelle for a hunting trip. The pick up and drop off has always been easy. The trailer has always been in great condition and will definitely rent from them again!

The trailer had everything we needed! Even a coffee pot! Highly recommend for a fun getaway for the family! Bring sleeping bags for the bunks!

The camper was nice. Rustelle was great to work with and quick to respond to messages/concerns. The only slight downside was the fridge being electric but they provided a generator with unlimited hour usage. We had a great trip!

The trailer itself was very nice and Rustelle was good to work with. We did have trouble with the fridge/freezer staying cold enough. We did not camp somewhere with hookups and the area was in the 90s for temperature highs. Everyone else we camped with said their fridge/freezers ran off of propane. This particular trailer's fridge/freezer runs off battery. After some troubleshooting, we determined we could keep those appliances running properly if we ran the provided generator periodically throughout the day. The owners indicated they would look into the problem. They did respond quickly and were concerned during our rental period.
