Traci was incredibly understanding and flexible. We experienced some issues and she and her husband bent over backward to make things right. Highly recommend.

While looking for a canker for our family of 6, this one stood out right away. And the way Traci was so quick to respond, she always answered any questions I had and never hesitated to make sure we were ready to go for our trip when we arrived! The camper was clean, the perfect amount of space, came with the essentials we needed to enjoy our time camping at Yellowstone! Would recommend this bumper pull 100%, it was nice to feel as if we were in a home away from away.
