We had a great trip, the RV was easy to drive and well equipped. Will definitely be renting it again in the near future.

Owner was a very nice person, but that didn't fully make up for the experience!!1) RV not cleaned from previous rental and ready for me when I arrived to pickup. I had to clean Dirty floors, used sheet still on drop down bed, Dirty towel in shower and even a pair of child's dirty/soiled underware left in RV for me to dispose of.
2) No water in water tank. I had no way of filling tank because we were camping without AC/Water hookup. This meant no showers, no sinks, no hot water for the entire trip.
3) House Batteries were bad, so I had to first trouble shoot issues then find and purchase two new Deep cycle batteries and install to get RV partly functional. Without me replacing the batteries, the generator would not run at all.
4) There was still an electrical issue with power circuit running power outlets, so no way to plug in anything. This issue also affected all TV's, Microwave and coffee machine as none of them would power up. So, no watching TV, no morning coffee or using microwave for the entire trip. Didn't bother trying stove.
5) Fuel in tank was half full. I filled tank and returned with 3/4 full rather than me picking up full, using what I would for the trip and refilling prior to returning.
