We were very sorry to have to cancel George’s booking. The renters right before George left our RV in a different state with no side mirror. It is not safe to drive an RV without a side mirror and we couldn’t find a shop to replace it in time. Outdoorsy is doing their best to find another RV for him. We would never send our RV out in an unsafe condition.

Karen and Rui were fantastic through the whole process. They helped novice RVers feel like pros. We took our family of 5 to Acadia and it was a perfect trip. I would absolutely do it again and my 3 teenagers also loved it.

This renter lied to us as to their destination and number of people who were going to use the RV. We specifically state in our listing, NO NASCAR events, and he tried to go to one under the guise of "taking his parents camping in the finger lakes area". Outdoorsy should build an owner section that allows us, as owners to look at past renter's reviews so we can protect out investments and feel comfortable with the renters.
