Seamless pickup and drop off. Backup cameras and generator stand are a great addition. Bunk beds for the kids were great. Upgraded memory foam Murphy bed was great for sleeping on the cool mountain nights in BV

The owner will charge the dump fee even with empty tanks.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I’m sorry you feel it was unfair to charge a dump fee despite the tank showing it was not empty on either the panel or just the quick look down the toilet. We think it’s unfair to have to haul the camper to the dump station and deal with human waste that is not our own for free. Once we finished the dump, the panel read “empty” and looking down the toilet we saw just the black plastic of an empty tank. The fee was charged per the agreement you signed at pickup. Additionally, not a single other renter has had an issue dumping the tank this entire season. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our camper and that includes making sure we aren’t handing off issues from one guest to the next.

Easy pick up and drop off. Being able to pick up the camper the evening prior (at no charge) was key and one important part of us picking this camper. Being able to load the camper the evening before heading out and doing the final check early in the morning to be sure we had everything made the trip all that much better.

The owners were very easy to work with. The trailer was fully stocked with everything we needed and we knew exactly what we extras to bring to make our trip easy. We added the generator and it kept us comfortable for a week off the grid with minimal use, which is what we hoped for! The camper has some great upgrades, like a keypad entry system, which made it much easier to keep the camper secure without asking “where are the keys” 10,000 times a day. Additional plumbing upgrades made the trip even easier. They have also added a complete wireless camera system with a monitor that plugs into vehicle power to make parking and driving a no brainer. We had a great week of family camping with no problems.

The camper trailer was awesome. It was clean and everything worked...especially the AC! Our hosts, Oso Fun, also were available for a few questions, which made our camping trip that much more enjoyable. All in all, we would rent from them again.

We had a great time with this travel trailer. The owners spared no expense outfitting the trailer with everything you would need for a superb RV trip. They included many more RV accessories than the other trailers that I have rented in the past from Outdoorsy. This trailer is the perfect size and with the Murphy bed option you have plenty of lounging space for those rained out afternoons (ask me how I know!). It is also not so long as to be unwieldy at the campground. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, stylish, well-stocked, easy to pull travel trailer for your small family. Can't wait to rent it again!
