From booking, delivery, and pickup this was a seem less and great experience. Derek was extremely easy to work with and very professional. I enjoyed his friendly demeanor. The trailer was clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. Being our first experience with outdoorsy, we were delighted.

Dereks camper was perfect for our family. Everything was newer and worked perfectly. The only thing that I would have liked better is when we received it, it could have been cleaner. Lots of dust, a foot print on the roof, bathroom very dusty/dirty with some hair. Just with the cleanliness of the times my expectations were a little more than what was.

0 Stars. Save yourself the Headache and Money and Rent your trailer or RV from a reputable company. I booked my Trailer over a month ago. Picked it up Friday. Upon pickup I was Ensured the trailer had, water, propane and all the necessary items that were listed as amenities. There was NO generator included even though it was listed as included with 25 hours of free use in the Ad. There was no bar to level the trailer out. I had to use my Tire Wrench. And then when we went to use the water There was NO water in the trailer. There was 1 meal worth of propane. We over paid for a glorified tent that the owner now refuses to reimburse any amount of.. RIDICULOUSLY LONG WEEKEND CAMPING IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE WITH LITERALLY NO FUCKING WATER.
