We had never used an RV before our trip. We were really nervous about what we were getting into. Jose showed us what to do and how to do it. Turns out there's really nothing 'dirty' or 'difficult' to do. Honestly the hardest part was just getting it perfectly level lol. His unit was nice and clean and well organized. We used the kitchen every day. Jose was very easy to communicate with and went out of his way to accommodate us. We took the trailer and camped in Huntsville AL, Brewton AL then in Nashville TN on our way back to Indiana. We had a really great time. Kids loved the bunk beds.
