Hi there! We are Keegan and Myverick, and are excited to share our RV with you! We are a former Navy officer and a flight attendant that moved to San Diego for employment but stayed for the amazing quality of life! We love taking on new adventures, and decided to dive in on owning our first RV with a brand new purchase this last year. When we aren't flying somewhere, we love traveling to new places on the open road and experience new food, culture, and people. From national parks to sleepy beach towns on the coast, we are total RV junkies, and look forward to swapping stories with you about your trip. Our Siberian Husky, Hercules, makes all of the trips with us, and has become well-acquainted with the likes of Palm Springs to Big Bear, and Lake Tahoe to Napa! We live local in SD and will be personally assisting in the handoff of renting our 2021 Jayco Coach :). We look forward to helping you experience life and hearing about your adventures soon!

RV was perfect for our family! The layout was great because it has two recliner chairs and table with benches in the common area - so lots of space to hang out inside. Not a lot of external storage but it was countered by the vast amount of internal storage which was nice to make sure all packed items were stored away to keep the inside of RV organized and clean. Seamless pickup and drop off. Would definitely rent again!

The videos left out a few critical details, like the fridge doesn't work unless the RV is level. As a matter of fact, I couldn't find any information about the leveling system until I looked it up online. The Master switch by the bottom steps needs to be on once you plug into city power or are running on inverter or nothing comes on. The RV was otherwise pretty well maintained for a rental and the owners did buy a brand new coffee maker, so that was a plus.

We had an amazing time renting the 2021 Jayco Greyhawk! Driving it was smooth and easy, and we stayed comfortably throughout our trip. The RV was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the host made sure it was perfectly prepped for us. Communication with the host was fantastic, making the entire experience seamless. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely rent this RV again—can’t wait for our next adventure!

This RV was thrashed. Don't let the photos fool you. Duct tape holding up trim pieces, including shower head. Faucet sink was barely holding on. 1 shattered TV, and the other inoperable. Carplay does not work (listed that it did), window cranks were stripped, screen missing, generator couldn't handle the load of 2 AC/ units, with lights off and nothing plugged in. We also had a fuel issue, where we could not fill up the tank (gas was backfilling into the reservoir), and had a mechanic come fix the issue.

Overall it was a great trip. The RV had everything it said it had. A few points to note (major to minor)
1. The automatic step’s motor or sensor gave away midway through the trip and the step would not retract back. We contacted the host and the host asked us to drive with it out (which is a safety hazard) or contact Outdoorsy’s roadside assistance which would have taken at least half a day out of our planned trip. I was fortunately able to get hands on some tools and disconnect the shaft from the step and zip tie it. Still took a couple of hours out of our trip.
2. A lot of utensils were unusable without washing them thoroughly first
3. A couple of linen pieces seemed like they needed to be washed before using them
4. As noted in a previous review by someone else, one of the drawers at the back was taped up to prevent it from sliding out while sliding the bedroom in or out which was not an effective solution

We had a good time on our trip, but the RV had some flaws and wasn't as clean as expected. For reference we have rented RVs in the past so we have multiple other experiences as comparison. For this RV we had to do some deep cleaning first before we felt comfortable loading up and leaving. The dishes/utensils provided were not very clean- fruit flies were stuck to a cooking spatula, and we also would not have used the dishes as they were (not very clean). We just used our own on our trip. We had to wipe out drawers and the fridge, clean the toilet, etc before loading up and taking off.
Mechanically, the power step did not work- it moved an inch at most. We had to lift kids in and out of the RV. There was also a drawer taped shut that got in the way of the back slide if the tape wasn't keeping it closed. The bar the showerhead was mounted on was taped to the wall. The floor of the back storage compartment was partially detached from the frame and had a gap - so you couldn't put anything small there or you would lose it. The kitchen sink faucet was loose / not attached well. Would recommend that most of these issues be fixed in order to improve the rental experience for others in the future, and to ensure the space/items are cleaner than they were when we picked up.
We appreciated that there was a lantern available in the rv as that was helpful. The pickup and drop-off process was easy with the exception of having to find street parking big enough for the RV for drop off.
