Jim was great to work with. We had a previous rental cancellation at the last minute and Jim helped us quickly re-book with him. We had several hiccups during our trip, some to be expected and some were frustrating for the cost of the rental. We had a tire blow 30 mins into our trip and there was no spare included with the trailer. Roadside assistance through outdoorsy was horrible to work with. Thankfully, Jim had a spare at home and raced to meet us and help us change the tire. Had we waited for roadside, the 1.5 hour delay would have likely been closer to three. We did have to take the blown tire to a shop to have replaced during our vacation, but that put our minds at ease knowing we would have a spare on the way back. We also were not able to get in touch with Jim when getting the tire fixed, so we had to front the cost. Jim did provide us reimbursement upon dropping the camper off at the end of our trip. Once we arrived, set up was a breeze. Jim was available to answer texts and phone calls for random questions. We did have an issue with the refrigerator. It took approximately 24 hours to cool completely, which is abnormally long for an RV/travel trailer and required us to purchase several unnecessary bags of ice to keep our food cold. Cleanliness was a 7/10 for us, however, we are admittedly OCD, esp with COVID, so had already planned to clean the camper upon getting it on our own. Overall, it was a great trip and we would recommend Jim. Most owners would not have raced to our aid during a tire issue, so that went a long way with us.

Very nice and easy to work with owner. Camper had many conveniences. Queen bed was amazingly comfortable.
