Pickup was super easy where they had it parked. Hand off of keys was very smooth. Everything about the camper was good. I would not try to sleep 9 unless you have children in that number. I think that is expected with campers (overstating the amount it could sleep). We had 6 adults on one night and had plenty of room and storage space.
