Trent was very polite and respectful, especially during the checkout and checkin process. Nicole provided a gift box with simple gifts and games for the kids, which was a nice surprise.I found the master bed very comfortable, albeit small, but we are very tall. The heater worked surprisingly well. The trailer is starting to show its age, especially when compared to the newer traile our friends rented, but the price was affordable and Trent’s trailer is larger to make up for that. The size was good for our family of 6 but not so heavy that we had could still tow with our 1/2 ton. Trent also included a weight distribution hitch and was a great help in setting it up.
