Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had traveling. The motor home was very disgustingly fifthly upon pick up (full of mice poop and nests), which delayed our reservation by a day. Royal said he would reimburse us, however I didnt see a credit for that on my bill. The water line leaked and hot water heater didn;t heat. So, no water and cold showers. The air conditioner only cooled the rig down to 97 degrees. Royal told us that was nornal for RV;s. The list continues...the slide outs wouldn;t retract, skylight in the bathroom completely shattered; so when it rained the inside was flooded. When we contacted Royal he told us he would compensate us for the unfortunate experience. Of course, that didnt happen,he ghosted us. I have saved all communication- here is the last text from Royal.

Royal was great. We had some minor issues and he was there for us the whole way. The unit was clean and fully equipped with everything you need and more.

Royal was great to work with - good communication, great training/orientation up front, and flexible with our schedule. The RV is well maintained and fit our needs perfectly. Great experience overall.

We loved the RV, it's very spacious. It drove extremely well, the diesel engine is very strong. Royal makes sure the vehicle is in tip-top shape and fixes issues immediately if he is made aware. He also adds new features like the newly installed porch LED lights which worked very well for our trip, he also had the awning motor replaced before our trip and it worked very well.

Royal was extremely easy to work with. We had a just couple questions prior to pickup and they were answered immediately. During the rental we ran into a couple issues which turned out to be user error; Royal was very supportive over the phone in troubleshooting. The RV slept 4 comfortably, and 1 night with 2 more kids on the floor, it is very spacious floor plan. Royal estimated we would need to empty the black or gray tanks, but we actually did need to 3 times during our 6 day rental. We never did figure out why.
We had such a great time with this rental! We’ll definitely rent from Royal when the need arises. The Mississippi River is beautiful, with plenty of wineries to visit. Thanks Royal!
