As far as the trip goes it was very good. The securing of the rental through outdoorsy was very easy and customer support was excellent. Dealing with the owner was another story. When it came time to meet for the pick up and walk through inspection and maybe show some the functions of the unit he did not show up had me just pick it up on the side of the road. When it came time to drop the rv off it was the same story. Did not want to meet me, and just put it back on the side of the road where I found it. I was very uncomfortable with that so I again called customer support and they reached out to the owner. Whatever they said to him he decided to come meet me. After waiting an hour he showed up very angry, wouldn’t talk to me other than to call me a racist at the end. I hope no one else has to deal with him.

It was a great trip, and the trailer was perfect and comfortable for our stay.
