David was knowledgeable about the RV and gave us a quick review of all system operations. Everything in the RV operated as expected, and we did not encounter any issues.He generally answers questions less than 20 minutes and was overall pleasant to deal with. Would rent from him again.👍

We had a great trip exploring the Pacific Northwest, but the RV itself had numerous issues that negatively affected our experience. Smaller issues included cabinets/drawers opening while driving, a broken stove igniter, loose bedroom door track, blinds requiring Velcro, broken fan knob, loose step cover, empty windshield washer fluid, and limited kitchen utensils. More significant issues included the electric awning failing to retract, resulting in nearly an entire day spent roadside trying to resolve it and having tools delivered roadside to fix. The screen door had a hole that allowed mosquitoes inside, resulting in multiple bites overnight. We also found mouse droppings and evidence of mice getting into our food and toilet paper. We spent about two hours locating DEF after receiving a warning 4 days into the trip. Most disappointing was the lack of communication afterward. The host has not responded to our concerns or questions about these issues or an additional propane charge, despite the listing stating the prep fee includes a propane refill. We had a good trip overall, but the number of issues and lack of communication did not meet the standard we expected for the price.

Dong was a great host. He was easy to communicate with and work with. He was very accommodating on dropping off and picking up the RV. The RV was clean and had some amenities to help with the rental. During trips unexpected things occur and I felt that Dong went above and beyond to work with us on assuring our rental/trip was a success. I would recommend Dong to anyone.

Overall, this is an older RV with several age-related issues prospective renters should be aware of.

RV was mechanically sound and easy to drive. All features worked as expected. Host was great at communicating.

From start to finish a poor experience. Entering the camper there was the smell of mildew, an hour into the drive the passenger window switch panel popped out of the door and hung from electrical wire, water damage and shotty repairs were present throughout the camper. Then during the trip no power, AC, or awning was available to use which negated the entire reason for the rental. Also upon pickup and orientation Dong discloses the black and grey water tanks will need to be dumped: mind you the monitor reads 1/4 full and the toilet smells of ammonia when flushed…
