Everything about my rental experience was great.
Chuck is a super nice guy who obviously takes pride in his beautiful Monaco coach and it shows. Communication before my trip was exceptional, and pickup/drop off were seamless.
The coach itself was very comfortable both on the road and at the campsite, and even though it’s not brand new it’s still a head turner with its beautiful full body paint. It was extremely clean inside and out, and was equipped with everything needed for a great RVing experience. The fact that Chuck is a dog lover and offers a pet friendly rental allowed us to bring our best friend on the trip which not only made my wife happy but also let me save money on boarding costs which offset the overall cost of the trip.
I highly recommend renting this coach from Chuck, and I’ll definitely be renting it from him again next year.

Chuck was great throughout our rental experience. He contacted us promptly to approve our booking request, he sent us checklists of things to bring, arrival and departure procedures, and he did a thorough walk-through of the RV when we picked it up. The leveling jacks seem temperamental, and he responded quickly to my text message and provided assistance that helped resolve the situation. He was gracious and cordial in every aspect of our rental and he has my highest recommendation for future rentals.

Chuck was a great Outdoorsy host and we had a wonderful trip in his Monaco! If you are looking for a well outfitted comfortable motorhome, this is a great option.

Chuck made everything so easy. This was our first time renting an RV and we had no idea what we were doing. Chuck explained everything so thoroughly and had everything written out in clear step by step instructions. He always answered his phone when I sent him a text with a question or called him. We would definitely rent from Chuck again!!

I don't even know where to begin with this, other than to say you NEED to work with Chuck (and his awesome wife) and rent this RV. We spent months on Outdoorsy trying to find a large, relatively modern, Class A motorhome for a decent price. Over 95% of the listings were scams and honestly we got very frustrated. When we finally found Chuck and this Monaco, we were overjoyed.

RV was spotless, and Chuck was a delight to work with! Very organized and available when needed! We had such a great time as a family of 4 in this (huge) RV!

This was my first experience with an RV and I "dry camped," which I hear is a little more challenging for a first time out. I didn't know that, though, because Chuck made the entire process fun and easy. He emailed me background information on the RV and dry camping prior to the trip, communicated well during the process, and answered all my questions. The RV itself was in tip-top shape, clean, and more than perfect for my purposes. There were even thoughtful additional touches like table & chairs, K-cups for coffee, paper plates, etc.
