I have owned RV's for years and have knowledge of operation, sales and repair. I enjoy the rental process, meeting people from around the world and providing excellent customer service. I also love maintaining and caring for my rig. I am meticulous with the condition of my RV, interior and exterior.

Large vehicle with lots of storage and excellent layout. Worked well for us in a trip to the Black Rock Desert and being away from facilities for 3 days. Owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Overall this RV was in perfect shape and in perfect working order. The only issue we had is the refrigerator malfunctioned throughout the whole trip, however Alan really didn't realize this and was very apologetic and going to get it fixed immediately after we left. We had no problem with the engine, brakes, which in California mountain terrain was very important to me. It was very clean. The sliding out panels made this RV the perfect size for us. I would rent from Alan and rent this vehicle again.

My family of 3 had a fantastic time in Alan's RV. It has been renovated recently and was impeccably clean. They included pillows, sheets, blankets, kitchen supplies, rugs, towels and toilet paper. Alan was thorough and knowledgeable during pick-up. When returning the RV to him, he was patient when we underestimated how long it would take to refill the propane & fuel beforehand, making us 30 minutes late for our appointment. My only reason for the 4 stars for 'Listing Accuracy' is because they prefer that you don't use the awning, so bringing a separate easy-up tent is recommended.
