Dishonest couple. Beware! This was our first time renting with Outdoorsy so we put a lot of trust in Justin and his wife. They explained the entire process to us and we felt pretty comfortable with them. They were super accommodating and friendly; boy did they pull a fast one on us! When we checked the camper in, they had paperwork they were filling out while we were walking through. They said nothing about the check-out process on the app. We cleaned the camper very well and left the beds we used unmade so they knew which blankets to wash. They said everything looked great and no issues. They requested an additional $110 but said it was less paperwork if we paid in cash, so we did. Then they turned around and claimed part of our deposit for cleaning and damage that was not done. I am so frustrated with this experience and that we trusted them so much. We don’t want any other renters to be scammed by these two, so beware. I am currently working with Outdoorsy to dispute their ridiculous claims.
