I would not recommend this trailer. It was not mechanically sound. I have had great experiences renting RV's in the past and this was the worst condition of a trailer by far. Could not use the shower, sink, or bathroom due to multiple leaks. The owner did make an attempt to clean the trailer before my reservation, but I found trash stuffed behind the bed and inside of the cabinets were not clean. The other complaint I have is I tried on multiple times to have the owner reach out to me by phone (which never happened) because I had multiple questions. One of those questions was about the trailer hitch. I later came to find out that the owner does not provide the trailer hitch for their trailer.

We had a great time on our family road trip/vacation in this trailer! Easy to tow, Chris was super quick to respond with any questions and easy to work with. The bunks were perfect for our two young daughters.

A+ product with A+ service!
If you travel by yourself to places unknown and far from your comfort zone, you know the fear of ‘something terrible happening’. I did a solo trip with the dog in a 24ft pulled behind to places I have never been. My biggest dread was not getting lost or eaten by a bear. It was the stove not turning on, the freezer not ‘freezing’ to keep what I needed to eat fresh. Or the trailer hitch breaking. Or not understanding how to work it all. Chris put all that worry to rest. He was ‘Johnny-on-the-spot’ with any questions I had about operating his trailer. The trailer was in fantastic shape, worked like a dream, no issues. I did have some questions on some operational items (I am a newbie trailer traveler) and Chris was just a text message away. Putting to rest any worries within minutes of responding. This was a great experience of living on the road where I needed to focus on the places I was ending up and not on worrying about the trailer. Run this guy down if you can! Rent his trailer and enjoy a worry-free vacation.

Chris cancelled my booking 3 days before pickup!

Chris was very helpful in booking our trailer. When we had some technical difficulties he made sure to make amends quickly. His wife delivered us extra towels and necessities during our trip too , both going out of our way. We had a good time!

This was our first outdoorsy rental and it was great! The trailer was clean and in great condition. Chris was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Super easy pick up and drop off. We highly recommend Chris and his trailer to anyone looking for clean, well maintained trailer with a great owner. We will definitely rent from Chris in the future!!

Chris and his wife were amazing. So easy to communicate with and made pick up and drop off a breeze. The price per day was affordable and there was plenty of space for myself, my husband and our 2 sons. If you want a super easy rental process and a great little trailer for your family Chris is your best option!

The travel trailer pulled well behind my truck. There were a couple mechanical issues, but Chris was there to help if needed. Hopefully, those problems will have been addressed prior to renting it out again.

Chris was very responsive and helpful. The trailer was super clean and comfortable. Having a generator was awesome! I would definitely rent this one again!

Will NEVER rent again on outdoorsy after this expereince. Extremely rude and poor communication, broken tail light and broken door knob, liars.
Husband and wife team that responds back and forth and say different things which is extremely confusing so very poor communication. My partner arrived at the house after he picked up stressed out because the door kept flying open when he drove it from pick up location in Minden to Tahoe. We then discovered we received with broken door knob, had to duct tape it to keep from getting locked out. Had a taped back tail light, light was covered with red tape that had a hole burned through, owners claimed this was fine even though the crappy tape job fell off halfway through the trip.
Lied about having GPS on the trailer and asked about 8 times if I took it to the burn which I did not. If they actually had GPS like they claimed they would see the trailer did not go to Burning Man but around Pyramid Lake and to Empire Nevada like I stated. Once I said for the 8th time I did not go to Burning man and asked why they didn't just check the GPS that they said they were "loading" the night before they started getting nasty towards me since they got caught lying about it.
The trailer itself smelled like poop inside upon arrival, did not respond about the broken door knob for about an hour after I received which was super stressful. They claimed they could have fixed this but it would have ruined my trip because I didn't have time to wait around for a response and for them to drive up to Tahoe from Minden when I was on a schedule. This issue should have been resolved prior to pick up. I had to duct tape it so that it wouldn't lock itself and bungee it the entire trip which was extremely inconvenient, we also got locked out and had to climb in through the window one time. We had to bungee it from the inside so the door would not swing open which was extremely inconvenient.
Instead of being apologetic for their lack of knowledge and poorly described trailer they started being extremely unprofessional and attacking me as well as making untrue claims about how they received the trailer. I wiped down all surfaces, removed all garbage, washed the outside, emptied the gray and black water, had the seats inside covered with blankets to keep them clean, washed their towels and never even used their linens for the trip but put them in a trash bag in my house to make sure they stayed clean yet the owners attacked me and said my house must be disgusting after how they received the trailer.
Honestly I am not sure whats wrong with these people but its really sad how they are treating a customer and this web site has brought me nothing but anxiety and made me feel so upset. You couldn't pay me to deal with these people again. The trailer itself is the cheapest model but it did the trick for camping and the AC worked which was nice, the fridge barley worked and the propane tank was barley filled which they also lied about because we ran out about 3 days into the trip. I replaced it with another canister which they claimed I stole but I was just replacing it since we ran out and needed to use the stove. I hope this nightmare ends soon, i already blocked their number to stop getting nasty messages on my phone as it was starting to make me feel physically ill. I will never use this web site again and will go with my original plan to purchase a trailer, i wanted to try this web site out because i thought it would be a convenient alternative but it really just feels like a scam.
Oh forgot about the bonus, there are plenty of children's DVDS in this trailer but no TV to watch them.... lol what.... tells you a little about how backwards these people are. Not worth the trouble and poor quality for price! BE WARNED! Not worth the headache! These people know nothing about being professional or customer service and will make endless excuses for their lies and broken parts on their trailer but will then blame you. 0/5 a horrible experience with these owners and this web site.

Chris and his family were great hosts! Very helpful and easy instructions explained for the trailer. Our camping trip to the California west coast was super fun thanks to Chris.
