Had a great time renting from James - allowed us to extend our trip by a day at short notice and was flexible and easy to communicate with throughout. Charlie was a great van life experience and provided everything we needed for our trip to Ucluelet. Would recommend to anyone visiting the island and looking to explore.

Charlie came with an excellent tutorial. Clear and thoughtful communication was very much appreciated for my first outdoorsy experience. Lots of great little features made for a very comfortable trip.

We really enjoyed Charlie as a dry home base during some very marginal weather. Everything was clean and in good working order. Kitchen was well equipped. Charlie handled well on rough roads. Fun first experience with Van life 😎

We had such a wonderful trip with Charlie :) I loved everything about it, it was a birthday surprise for my partner and Anika & James have been incredibly responsive and helpful, sweet and understanding.
Charlie is such a great van, easy to drive and super cozy; the photos don't give him justice :) I would love to go on a week end with it again. Would recommend 100%.

Excellent experience! Could not recommend enough. Anika and James were incredibly responsive, helpful, and organized-- they went the extra mile. Everything went smoothly. The van was warm, easy to drive, and had everything you could need to be comfortable. The pick up location in Sooke should not be a deterrent to anyone looking from Victoria, as a straight forward bus ride will you get you there. Would rent again :)

Anika and James are awesome hosts, communication was easy and efficient and they were very flexible about pick up and drop off. They were always available when we needed them.

Anika was a great owner. She was super helpful and fast to answer questions. She provided a great service and the van was exactly as advertised. She even left us a small gift to start the trip right!
