I rented this Motorhome two years ago and was happy with it then. I rented it again for this trip and had the same results. I liked the reliability of a diesel engine and the mileage a diesel offers with this size of a vehicle. I had no problems on our 5 day trip. The owner was helpful and always responded to my communications.

The host: Roxanna was responsive and flexible on pick-up and drop-off times, making pre-trip prepping and returning it very easy. Plus, she’s just nice!The rig: I read all the reviews prior to renting this RV and I'm surprised that someone said the beds were uncomfortable. I asked her about this before renting it and she said she wasn't sure why someone gave the beds a bad mark. For us, they were comfortable! We chose this vehicle because of its size and diesel engine since we were driving over the mountain passes. Diesel is more expensive, but more efficient (and cheaper outside of Cali). If you drive it empty (no fresh water, gray, or black water) the mileage is excellent! The driver's and front passenger seats were very comfortable for long legs of the journey and the controls, cruise, lights, etc., were easy to work. The workings of the RV – the pop out, lights, refrigerator, toilet - were all explained and we didn't have any issues. The freezer and fridge were excellent at keeping temperature. During our free-camping portion, we ran the “house” battery so low that we needed to run the Sprinter engine to power up the onboard generator to then power up the “house” battery so we could close the pop-out and get moving. I have recommended to the owner to put in a deep cycle battery or two which should help with free-camping. The bedding and linens were not Four Seasons quality, but this is a rental and if there were super nice linens, they would get ruined by folks that rented it. The linens provided worked just fine for camping out. I brought some of my own blankets and my own pillows to make it feel more like home. There were plenty of pots, pans, flatware, cups, bowls, foil, etc., but I did bring my own cast iron skillet. The coffee maker is a French press, which was great! Underneath the RV there was room to add my son's bike. The gas fired grill provided worked great and there was even a 6' table to prep one's outdoor meal. Basically, everything was provided that would be needed if you flew in and picked it up to take a trip, including toilet paper and paper towels. I am lucky to live close so I could load all my personal goods. I would rent this RV again.

Roxanna was super flexible with pick up and drop-off times, and the RV was fully clean and ready for us to go when we arrived. Great communication and great RV!

Travelling in a Motorhome was a new experience for us. With a 2.5 year old and a 4.5 year old, travelling has always been difficult. Having all the basics of home on wheels helped sooo much. We spent a large part of our time at the RV Site in Bremerton, Wa. It was awesome. Family came by to visit. We barbecued and visited late into the night. We used the Motorhome and the RV Site as a meeting place to gather and explore the surrounding area. We visited Aquariums and Beaches travelling to and from Bremerton. It was an awesome trip to remember,

"Unfortunately, have to give a poor review. The vehicle was pretty dirty. Mold in the fridge and blood on the sheets - small, like from a mosquito bite or scab, but still gross. Told the person I returned the vehicle to about these things. Bed was also old and uncomfortable."
