We had a great trip and the trailer worked well for our family. Unfortunately, our pickup was delayed by about 90 minutes due to the previous rental, and the sewer tank hadn't been emptied when we received it. The hosts were apologetic. Overall, we enjoyed the trailer and had a great camping trip!

The host is willing to be flexible and helpful. Of everything in the trailer worked but he was upfront about that. Trailer was clean and nice and was perfect for our needs!

Sure to check propane tanks as we ordered them to be full, we were first time campers and didn’t know how to check and when we got to the camp site we had no propane, thankfully it wasn’t cold and there were others who chipped in. Hosts knocked off the propane charge upon return and were apologetic.

Trailer worked very well for us. The AC saved the day and it was a great experience overall. Beds are the standard RV mattresses, so keep that in mind if you have a bad back like me.

The camper was fine but beware the mattresses on all the beds were paper thin!! Definitely recommend putting some foam padding down if you can. The Host withheld some of our damage deposit over something so minor and unreasonable but after speaking with outdoorsy customer service about the issue they agreed we were entitled to our full deposit back. So I give outdoorsy customer service a 5 star but unfortunately I can’t say the same for this host

Unit not as advertised
Solar panels not working and battery condition was poor.
We borrowed a generator and ran it almost 24/7
Had to use battery power lanterns as lites did not work sometimes and no chance to use the heater with no power.
