Chris is very professional and the trailer had everything I needed. Chris was on time when I wanted to pick up or drop off the trailer and flexible with my time.

Chris and his wife were very easy to deal with, even after issues after issues with outdoorsy and their insurance procedures. Chris was always helpful and their trailer was amazing.

We had an amazing time using this trailer. The owners were responsive, and so much more was in the trailer than we even expected. It worked out awesome and we had a very enjoyable trip!

Chris and the unit was great; however, during pickup Chris was busy and I did not notice that the leveling system was not put on correctly and resulted in some issues with the system. Nothing that could not be taking care of but I should have taken pictures and communicated the issue immediately to Chris. First time renter learning. Chris was great and the unit was fantastic.
