Jack was terrific to work with from initial contact through trailer drop-off. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and informative. We had a 5-star weekend thanks to Jack!

Jack was very easy to work with. He spent time with us showing us all the different features to the trailer. We plan to rent the trailer again in the near future.

Renter returned camper a day late, assured me fuel tank and propane had been refilled. Also informed me that they did not use black tank. Upon inspection, discovered nothing had been refilled and black tank was plum full. Renter did not fill fresh water tank, and I disposed of 8, 1 gallon jugs of water, assuming this was what was used to operate toilet. Also upon inspection discovered a hole was punched in the wall of the bedroom. Portable solar panel had been dropped and broken. After cleaning my unit multiple times, I still cannot get smoke smell out of camper. I have a no smoking policy.
