1. Outdoorsy Ap UX is poor and led to an overcharge that Curtis picked up that amounted to about $80, really appreciated Curtis' diligence. Charged at 2022 rates but was not able to book until 2023 which were less so don't understand the discrepancy.
2. The RV was exactly as advertised, good condition and fun for a first time user.
3. The return process was tedious. Went to
KOA to dump, recharge propane and water. I guess I misunderstood as Curtis told me water and propane not my responsibility. The dumping process was totally unacceptable (which I won't elaborate)as a newbie with little assistance from KOA.
Finally I understand the RV needs to be returned cleaned but after 2 hours of clean-up on a hot NM day it was enough to discourage future RVing.

Very nice camper and our experience was beyond expectation. Curtis and Lisa were so pleasant, delivered and picked up right on time, and saved our trip by helping when our family vehicle had a mechanical issue! Looking forward to using their services again. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing experience. From start to finish. Curtis and Lisa helped every step of the way. This was our first time in a new state and first time using an RV. We were able to enjoy my nieces destination wedding stress free. We will definitely recommend Curtis and his wife to anyone looking for a top notch RV rental experience.

We enjoyed out trip with Curtis' camper. Everything worked perfectly, and any time we had a question, he responded right away. The bed was comfortable and our kids loved being able to watch movies on the DVD player. It was a great experience and we would rent this camper again.

We took a great trip to Glacier National Park with the RV. Had an absolutely great time. Curtis and Lisa were the perfect hosts. We had a couple of minor issues that they helped resolve quickly. Thank you!

We had a wonderful camping trip and the RV was perfect. The RV was clean and well taken care of. Curtis was excellent in his communications and very thorough with his explanation of all the amenities. I didn't have any issues with the RV, generator, or appliances. I would definitely recommend Curtis to anyone looking to rent an RV. His pricing is reasonable and overall it was a great experience.

Curtis and Lisa were great! They were very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole rental process. They opened communication early for coordination and ensured that all my questions were answered. They were flexible and easy to work with. They spent a great deal of time ensuring we knew how to operate the rental and even helped us with the setup. The rental itself was in great condition. It was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend. 5 Stars!
