The fridge didn’t work and it had ants everywhere, which the owner didn’t seem to care much about. Furthermore NOTICE that it says $1/mile and needs to be cleaned completely inside out (don’t know why you pay a cleaning fee as well). The charge for mileage completely ruined our trip and I tried to cancel the car, but the owner just told us not to worry about it and that he would cut the mileage a little short, but he charged us in full anyway. This is a very expensive car even though it doesn’t seem that way at first.

From the moment I booked until the moment I dropped off the van, Bastien was a great support, flexible with our schedule, and was always available at a moment’s notice, if needed. He even texted us while on our trip to see if we had any questions and even helped us late one night when we couldn’t
figure out the lighting in the van. To top off all the awesome, Bastien
made sure I got my Lyft and was able to get to my hotel safely! Gamer changer!
