Camper was just as described. Having a washer and dryer was AWSOME! Doug had everything set up when we arrived. Couldn't have been happier with this experience.

On the fence as to what rating to give this experience. Starting off the communication was a little low. I messaged the owner but did not get a response until Outdoorsy stepped in the day before we were supposed to rent the Unit.
When we first arrived there was a strong, almost overwhelming, sewer smell in the RV. We messaged the owner and he quickly responded by message and arrived in person within 45 minutes. That was definitely a positive.
He walked in the RV and acknowledged the sewer smell. He brought some ice, an air freshener, and tried flushing the system out. To somewhat paraphrase he then said, “If that doesn’t work then I don’t know what it is. Maybe something crawled up there and died.”

Exceptional unit. It had all the bells and whistles and RV needs. Fully stocked with utensils, linens, chairs, games, tv adapters. Got it delivered on time and clean.
