I worked with Kris' cousin, Bill. He checked me in and out very quickly, worked with me on the timing of pickup and return. We didn't need the AC or the microwave, but the rest of the features worked as advertised. Kids (5 and 7) loved it, would rent again.

The camper is kept in great shape, communication was great and Kris was very helpful during the pick up process. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.
