Unfortunately a very poor experience. Prior to picking up the trailer commmunication was unreliable with host. Trailer has not been properly maintained. Bedding on queen bed was wet and smelly. There was a burn hole in the cover blanket. Overall poor smell in trailer. Refrigerator would not cool and other odd electrical problems. Bathroom vanity door hinge broken. Tires in poor condition so we packed supplies to change tire if needed. In the night it got down to 46 degrees so we tried to turn on the heat, wouldn’t work. Then the CO detector started going off which woke up all 3 kids. Finally everything electrical gave out. A master electrician we know came and confirmed the power converter went bad. We replaced. On the drive home 1.5 hour into 3.5 hr drive a tire popped. We replaced with the spare. All of this was communication with the host immediately. We only asked for reimbursement of the bad part and nothing else. After we returned, host said he will not release our deposit and filed a claim against us for a broken candle (which was already broken and in the bottom drawer of the range upon pick up) and the tire. He is not responding to any communication since drop off.

Despite some awful weather, we had the best time! We will definitely be renting from Apollo again!

Camper was great! Very clean and comfortable. Apollos was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend this rental.
