This was our first time renting through Outdoorsy & first time staying in a camper. We are avid tent campers looking to possibly purchase a camper in our future. So we thought this was the best way to experience it first hand BEFORE making such a big purchase. We LOVED it!!! Sarah was so easy to communicate with throughout this process. Pick-up & Drop-off of the camper was super simple. They even provided videos that we could watch ahead of time to get a better understanding of all the ins & outs of the camper. The camper was just like the pictures online except for some normal wear & tear. There was also an issue with the fridge that Sarah let us know about ahead of time & provided us with an alternate fridge to use during our use of tje camper. The camper comes equipped with a decent amount of basic essentials which is greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. We would love to rent a camper from Sarah again soon.

Well-kept travel trailer! Clean, all major systems functioned well, and stocked with good tools, accessories, and kitchenware. Nothing major broken/scratched/dented.

Unfortunately, we had a pretty bad experience. The camper is a nice set up from a size perspective for towing with full size SUV. I few of the systems did not work properly- fridge which did not hold temp, a toilet that did not make a proper seal to hold water in bowl (or keep odors in the black tank. Some basic maintenance was not done- lubing the locks and stabilizers. We had some panels come off during or trip at highway speed which was pretty terrifying. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, the hosts submitted a damage claim. The host was flexible on pickup and drop-off times which I appreciated. I hope that the issues we had will be addressed and will not be a problem for future guests, but based on my experience, I would not recommend.

Overall we had a good experience. A few items were missing that had been indicated were included and the hose nozzle was broken but pick up and drop off was simple.

We went on a week long trip with the nobo and loved everything about it, from the towing to camp setup it was easy and enjoyable. We slept on the roof every night, and used the lower area to store our bikes and other gear. We didn’t really use the water tank or gas stove. But did use the fridge which held a good amount of food, beverages at a nice cool temperature.
Sarah was super nice and helpful from start to finish.
We highly recommend having a vacation in the nobo !!

This is our second time renting this camper and we really love it. Easy to pick up and return and the perfect size for a small family. Feels very roomy!

This was our favorite outdoorsy experience yet, and we will def be renting from Sarah and her family again. The camper was spotless, the main bed has a nice foam topper and they included nice bedding, soaps and hand towels. Other than utensils/cups- you wouldn’t need anything but your own bath towels. The pop out adds so much extra room!
