It was our first experience with an RV ! Kirk was very helpful and was available all the time. We sure had many questions and were unsure how the trip would go. Drove to a campground in Santa Barbara mountains . Enjoyed the trip and loved the idea of not having to pitch a tent upon arrival ! Some issues with the electric supply kept the trip challenging. Kirk was considerate and accommodative. We will sure want to do this again !

Communication with Kirk was excellent throughout. The vehicle ran smoothly and was easy to handle; it had ample power on steep hills. Aggravations had to do with minor glitches, such as knobs broken off, doors that had lost their ability to stay open--which meant overhead and up--or a small temperamental outside shower hose door, which popped open twice, once on the interstate. We were first-timers, so naive. Very enjoyable experience.

Kirk is prompt in corresponding and is very easy to work with, even offering us an early pick-up.We declined only because packing took more time than planned. He also helped over the phone with shoer power when we had issues getting hooked-up.

From first contact Kirk was very responsive and helpful. He let me know when the van became free before my reservation and I was able to add on an additional day and I took advantage of that to get the van and load it up at home before leaving on my trip. Kirk did a very expansive overall information tour when I picked it up and I was comfortable with being able to handle the size of the van and all its bells and whistles.

This was our first time in a class B rv. I am 6'3" and wasn't sure I would fit well. I just fit on the bed but was plenty comfortable. I also just fit in the shower but it got the job done. The coach was clean and comfortable for 2 and driving was great, it had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this rv again! Kirk was flexible with pick up and drop off and was very responsive and helpful with my questions.

Kirk was super professional, helpful and responsive before and during our trip. The van was very reliable and definitely served our purposes on a long road trip from Southern CA to Northern Utah and back. Note that the van doesn't have some newer features like navigation or wifi, but it's priced well for the category so this isn't surprising. We would definitely rent this car again. Thanks Kirk!

Most excellent weekend trip. Kirk was super fast with answering questions and getting the booking. He was flexible with pick up and drop off times. Kirk was great at explaining how to operate everything and it all worked as advertised! The van is clean and Kirk has it stocked just right with paper products , utensils, and other kitchen, gadget items you would need. What a fun weekend trip. Highly recommend!

Kirk was great! We had to possibly change the date of our rental due to a death in the family and he was very understanding. I would recommend his rv which was nicely set up and very clean and I would also recommend working with Kirk. Thank you for all of your great communication with us! We are very new to rv'ing so I don't know what all the relevant features are but we were very comfortable in his Sprinter van. It was really easy to drive and although it's 20ft. It had everything we needed! Great for two people!

The van was terrific for boondocking! Lots of battery power - especially when travelling in cooler weather. We ran the heater most nights and had no problem at all. The stove top was also amazing - very convenient! Thank you Kirk!
