About Benjamin and Jessica's RV rentals

Hi! We are the Ben and Jessica Johnson family! We have been married for 19 years and have 4 beautiful children, a dog, a cat, 4 chickens and a bearded dragon named Cosmo. Our little zoo loves to get out, soak up the sun and enjoy the great outdoors, biking, kayaking, hiking, and of course camping every chance we can get. We have spent most of our lives camping in tents, but after our twins were born Jessica convinced Ben to get her a popup camp trailer. After two short years enjoying that we upgraded to our current trailer and have never looked back! The ability to hook up to your truck and take off has made it easy to continue doing what we have always loved to do with our growing family. We know you will love spending time in our trailer too! Awesome camper that is very light and easy to pull! It slept us and three kids very comfortable. Jessica was amazing to with with. We showed up a little later for pick up and she was so kind to wait for us even though we might have made her a little late for a doctors appointment. The only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is because the toilet wouldn’t flush very well. Jessica is aware of it and she is going to get it fixed. Overall, it was a great experience.

The hideout was a great camper we loved the amount of space it afforded us and the shelter it provided during the cold nights at lake Powell during thanksgiving . The little kitchen was a plus . And the dinette allowed us to play some cards on nights when it was to chilly or windy to play outside .

Waited 2 1/2 hours when they said it was ready . Wasn’t when I got their! They replaced the fridge the day of pick up. Ele worked but it wouldn't on gas. Could leave on time because of the delay. We got set up the next morning. The awning wouldn't come out.
But we had fun! Trailer was nice. But took it back 2 days earlier then expected. Wanted me to wait again!

The refrigerator was working when you returned, there was a step that was excluded that we could have walked you through had you contacted us. Again we are sorry for the delay both in getting you on the road and in returning! That can be frustrating when you are looking forward to your vacation. We did give you the option to take it early and forgo getting the fridge fixed and were a little surprised when you showed up early on return, thus we weren't prepared with the necessary paperwork. Hopefully a little better communication will help your next vacation be even better.

Such a great experience! The owners were great and flexible with us on pickup/drop off times. The RV was clean and everything ran perfectly. Would definitely rent again!

Great communication. Flexible pick-up and drop-off. Thorough walk-thru of all the trailer bells and whistles. Trailer was clean, in great shape and super easy to tow. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean, and comes supplied with all the essentials you need while camping, was perfect for our family trip. Our Nissan NV pulled it with no problems. Benjamin and his wife were sweethearts and made getting the trailer so easy! Definitely recommend this trailer.
