Monica was very nice and responded very quickly to questions. She also accommodated our departure and arrival schedules. The RV Winnie is older but definitely worth the value. We’re new to camping and Winnie was good to us. Would definitely rent again!

It worked out for a last minute pinch and Monica was laid back and easy to work with. However, the “composting bathroom “ was disgusting. The toilet had a bucket in it to poop in and a water jug to pee in. It smelled worse than an outhouse. We tried to use it one day and it was disgusting so we used the outdoor port a pot facility at our campground. Plus we couldn’t use any sprays to kill the odor.
The camper hadn’t really been cleaned before we used it because there was trash on the bedroom floor, a used bandaids and used tissue.
We couldn’t use the refrigerator because it smelled too bad from not being cleaned and left open.
We definitely returned it cleaner than when we got it.

Communication was great. Text messaging through Outdoorsy worked very well. The unit is a bit old and shows it's age. Nothing fancy but very functional. Dog friendly which was important to us as we were going to a dog agility trial. No signs of cigarette smoke or other odors. Overall a very good experience.

This was my first time renting an RV,Monica was very accommodating In the planning of our trip. She went above and beyond in helping me. The RV was wonderful. everything was provided that was needed for a great trip. The RV was in excellent mechanical condition so we had a problem free trip. I will be planning my next vacation with Monica.
