Brandon was an awesome host. Prior to the trip, he answered all my questions promptly and was very accommodating as my family added our pet to the trip after the RV was booked. We had the RV trailer delivered to our campsite, and upon arrival everything was already laid out (a welcome mat/tarp, folding chairs, and folding tables were included with the trailer and already set up). The RV was already hooked up to water/electricity. Departure was just as easy. Brandon was prompt on our departure time and handled the break down process. It was very easy for myself and my family.As for the RV itself, the trailer is very spacious inside. The common area has plenty of room to relax in (dinette, as well as a couch), and both rooms (queen size in main room, 2 bunk beds in the "kids room") were more than enough room for my family of 4 and a small dog. One added bonus for this particular trailer is the outdoor kitchen area that has a sink and fridge that is accessible from the outside. This made getting food and drinks very easy without having to go in the trailer. Also, there is access to the bathroom from the outside, without having to go through the entire trailer. Both of these features were a huge bonus on our trip.

Homey, has a bit of wear and tear but that makes you more comfortable because you're not afraid you're going to mess something up. Spacious and will laid out, everything is convenient. They have paper and plastic utensils, soaps, and some cooking items but bring a pot or pan if you need one, and a bottle opener and coffee cup they do have a Keurig and some pods in the cabinet but the only item that could hold heat was a silicone wine glass that actually worked for coffee. Didn't use the Keurig because I brought my own instant but it looked brand new. The TV has a DVD player and there's a binder full of movies and shows for people of every age to enjoy and there's some games on board, too. I got delivery and Brandon hooked everything up and even put tables out so we were ready to relax right away. We also found that this was an ideal way to travel with autistic children, they weren't tense the way they usually are in hotels and were able to relax and enjoy themselves too. Thanks Brandon!
