John was very accommodating with my millions of inquiries prior to the trip and more during. It was our first time not just to drive an RV but to use it in camping as well and it was a great experience from start to finish. The rv was easy to drive and use, of course with the huge help of John explaining everything to us during walk-through. We had a very comfortable shelter while we experienced the beautiful outdoors. John is an amazing host. We will definitely book this again for our next camping trip. Thank you so much!

This is an awesome unit and a great host. He went the extra mile to accommodate our requirements to ensure that we had a great trip. We will definitely be renting from him again.

Me and my partner rented this RV for 3 days and it was our first experience and it was so so amazing. The RV was clean and had everything we needed and the host is great and so patient, he helped us with all the enquiries throughout the trip. We had our best time in British Columbia with this RV.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre tour et les paysages par lesquels nous sommes passées. Le camping car est idéal pour voyager dans les rocheuses.
Il manquait une casserole, une passoire, et autres petits gadgets pour que l'expérience soit idéale !
Il manquait aussi beaucoup d'équipement pour la literie, nous avons eu très froid pendant les nuits humides et autour des 10°.
Le rétroviseur était également défectueux, rendant la conduite parfois délicate.
Malgré tout cela, John était très disponible pour répondre à nos doutes par message durant le voyage et nous n'avons eu aucun gros soucis.
Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

Fantastic. This was the perfect sized motor home for our needs. The renters are very helpful and understanding. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. 10/10

Due to damages caused by a previous guest, the RV was not suitable for road. We take safety of our guest very seriously. Hence, after discussion with the guest and Outdoorsy customer service, we had to cancel the booking. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, I am very disgusting because the owner is trying to charge me an excess of millages!! The problem is that the odometer is in km and the contract is in miles as I show in a picture in the photos… it says 125 miles per day in 18 days. And the ow we is saying km… so please can you contact with the owner to see if it is possible to do the things accurate???. They told me I need to rise a dispute with outdoorsy… it is not fair!!!. Other things the rv was as expected.

Unfortunately, we learned this the hard way as well. Our listing clearly shows 125 kms/day however due to some technical error, your booking voucher showed 125 miles/day. We notified Outdoorsy regarding this and they advised us to collect fee from you and request you to dispute the charges. Hope your dispute was successful.

My second time with John and he was really good. Easy going and flexible to schedule the picking up or dropping off. Will be back and recommend to others. One more thing I like is his location, it is very easy to access and save much time for me as well.

The RV rental went well, no major breakdowns or other. Communication with John was very good, he is responsive, flexible and accommodating. However, this RV was very, very dirty and not just from a last rental but rather a long time ago. We spent our first evening cleaning it. The shower and toilet constantly smell of pee even if you empty the black and clean it. A lot of small things are broken, little equipment and poor quality. This RV is poorly maintained despite being only 10 years old. Given the high rental price, very mixed experience: you can find a better compromise. We are very surprised that no one mentioned it before. Personally, we would have liked to have known it before, it would have saved us from renting it and this unpleasant surprise.
