Communication and ability to work with you is 5 stars. The trailer is nice but is a 1999 so keep that in mind. Couple hick ups but they worked with us. Trailer is about 2700lbs so not light but towed fine with my 4Runner 270hp. It rained several times on us and it was 100% waterproof no problem.

We had a wonderful time with this camper! The owners were amazing and were very responsive with any questions we had. They included videos which really helped us with how to operate. Thanks again for a great rental Elizabeth!
